Appointments

****Please note our new finish time for online medical requests is 10.30 am, on on a Thursday it is a finish time of 10.00 am.

We have an appointment system called Total Triage. Please click on the 'Contact Us Online' icon on the HOME PAGE of our website, and fill out an Accurx medical request to book an appointment with a doctor or an advanced nurse practitioner. The medical request will be triaged by a doctor the same day, and patients will receive a response the same day.

This Accurx medical request form is for both Same Day appointments, and Routine appointments and medical queries. The medical requests can be submitted on the website from 7.00 am to 10.30 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and 7.00 am to 10.00 am on Thursday.

If patients are unable to complete the medical request on our website, they can phone the surgery between 8.00 am and 10.30 am, (8.00 am and 10.00 am on Thursdays), and one of our receptionists can complete the form on their behalf.

Appointments with a nurse or one of our healthcare assistants for blood tests, smears, ear irrigation, etc., these are still being booked in the same way over the telephone to the Surgery.

The Accurx forms can also be used for admin queries, such as prescription requests, Fit (sick) notes, or anything else admin related. These admin requests can be submitted all day Monday to Friday.

On a Thursday the phone lines to the Practice are closed in the afternoon from 1.00 pm (but the Practice is still open). After this time on a Thursday calls will be connected to Sheffield GP Collaborative, up to 6.30 pm.
