When we are closed
If you require urgent medical assistance if the Practice is closed weekday daytime (up to 6.30 pm), excluding lunch times, please phone either Practice number - 0114 2697505 or 0114 2889777 - you will then be put through to Sheffield GP Collaborative.
If you require urgent medical assistance, and it is after 6.30 pm weekdays, at the weekend, or on bank holidays please phone 111 (NHS Emergency and Urgent Care Services).
Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both land lines and mobiles.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency. 
There is an NHS 'walk-in' Minor Injuries centre, based at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital which is open 8 am to 10 pm 7 days per week, and can deal with minor injuries and minor illnesses. Address is Floor B, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Glossop Road, Sheffield, S10 2JF.
There is also a 24-hour Accident and Emergency Unit based at the Northern General Hospital, Herries Road, Sheffield S5 7AU.
Sheffield Children's Hospital Accident and Emergency department (0 - 16 year olds) is located at Western Bank, Broomhall, Sheffield, S10 2TH.
