Travel Vaccinations
When enquiring about travel vaccinations you can telephone the surgery, or make an enquiry using the Accurx link on our homepage.
When our reception team receive your enquiry they will send you an Accurx questionnaire to your mobile phone. Please complete this questionnaire and send back to us. Once we receive this completed questionnaire our nursing team will review the questionnaire and decide if you need an appointment. If you do need an appointment our nurses will send you a link by phone to book in for a face to face appointment.
Please enquire about travel vaccinations between 8 - 12 weeks prior to you travelling.
